CALDWELL, Ohio (Reuters) - A 16-year-old charged with a murdering of one male and attempted murder of another who responded to a Craigslist ad touting a pursuit on an Ohio plantation will be attempted as an adult, a decider ruled on Thursday.
Brogan Rafferty had been charged as a youthful with a attempted murder of Scott Davis and a murder of David Pauley and will now be attempted as an adult, Noble County Judge John Nau ruled. Nau set bail for Rafferty during $1 million.
